We commit to expanding our Partner Help Center by adding even more articles on the topics you need and want to hear about. We also commit to sharing more Booking.com news on our new company blog and a range of global events.
In 2018, we hosted 3,500 events worldwide and welcomed partners from all corners of the globe to our second annual Click. conference in Amsterdam.
Thanks to the Partner Help Center , partners like you were able to answer their questions online 82% of the time, without having to call customer service. But when partners did need one-to-one assistance, our support teams were there to help – taking over 6.5 million calls this year alone.
