We commit to launching a monthly newsletter with updates on how we're working to improve our partnership. Since this partnership is a 2-way conversation, we’ll prioritize the topics that you, through our partner research, said are most important.
Last year, we awarded almost 550,000 Guest Review Awards to partners who consistently delivered outstanding guest experiences. Every winner received a personalized certificate and window sticker to help showcase their hospitality to the world. Our 2018 winners will be announced in January.
In 2019, we’re once again crowning three Booking Heroes – Booking.com partners who went above and beyond, as nominated by thousands of guests worldwide. These partners will receive up to €25,000 worth of Booking.com credit, and the chance to share their story with the world.
