With Guest Insights, you can start getting to know your guests before they arrive. As we roll out this new feature to our partners worldwide, you’ll get information like a guests’ age, their dietary needs, past reviews or destination interests. That way, you can personalise their experience from the get-go.
To show you the value you get in return for your commission, we’ll soon be launching a new campaign on the Booking.com Partner Hub. In conversation with our experts and thought leaders, we’ll dive deeper into our investment areas, our successes and learnings, and the direction we’re heading in the future.
